Before we go to an overview of this essay, I would say that this is my first new blogging essay. I hope I will enjoy it and make a great improvement over time.

Sometimes we assume that 24 hours is not enough for our daily life. We try to do anything at the same time and we are also overwhelmed with all this activity. when we realized, all of these phenomena happen to the individual that has a worse management time system.

Here we go, there is an identity of bad management of time

  • Always busy, they think they should have to do all activities to make them busy and seem more productive in society. Even if they feel so tired and do not have self-care for themselves.

  • Late on the agenda, they do not have a priority schedule they should do. They just do anything in their life without navigation from themselves.

  • Be a "Yes Man", we do not have a teleportation superpower so we should not give any permission regarding the promise to every appointment we face.

How does this affect our life?

  • Impatient to do the daily activity

  • Sensitive feelings over society's life

  • Procrastination

  • Less focus and concentration

  • Decrease work life due to difficulty thinking clearly, etc

So how to have good time management?

According to the book "Make Time: How to Focus on What Matters Everyday" by John Zeratsky and Jake Knapp, we can try to manage our time in 4 ways, Highlight, Laser, Energize, and Reflect.

  1. Highlight. Just simply stay considerate of the important things, a matter that develops an advantage for you and you are happy to do it. Do not force yourself more than you can do. Make your goal in the short - long term, and have committed to your target.

  2. Laser. Like the light of a laser, it has one point to highlight. So focus on the present, and minimize your distraction both from inside and outside.

  3. Energize. If we have a good work-life balance as a result we can make a great output within. Having an organized life, doing a workout, having a good meal, have a great sleep will take you an energized person. It will help you stay concentrated to do your work.

  4. Reflection. The important point you should view about. In every activity, we have been doing many things more than we expect before. Something new with also the new obstacle that we should take it. Take at least 10 minutes before you sleep to just have a reflection on yourself regarding your day. You have to evaluate your management time to grow your a better productivity.

    However, how you build your day and utilize your time is depend on you and also your responsibility. You are the only person that can choose your own time and do it perfectly.
